We handle Windows updates and preventative maintenance. Your team keeps the keys.
SecuredIT Core deploys endpoint protection with EDR, automated patching, and monitoring on the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud platform for businesses that already have IT staff. You keep full admin access to the same platform we use. 24 years as an MSP — and no client breached under our management.

Running Windows environments as a managed service provider
Clients breached while under a full IT Hands Free management agreement
Team walkthrough included with every onboarding
Money-back guarantee, billed month to month
Your week is going to updates, not projects.
The same three things come up in almost every environment we're brought into.
What we usually find
- Your team is drowning in Windows updates and preventative maintenance nobody has time for.
- Point-security tools that don't talk to each other, generating alerts you've learned to ignore.
- Shadow IT and unpatched third-party software you can't see, let alone fix.
What we take off your plate
- Windows updates and preventative maintenance, scheduled inside the window you choose.
- Monitoring and alerting tuned over 24 years, so an alert means something is actually wrong.
- Software inventory and third-party patching, so nothing sits on your network unseen.
Four things, done properly.
SecuredIT Core is a deliberately narrow product. These four run on every endpoint you onboard. Built on Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud and aligned with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
Endpoint protection with EDR
Detects and isolates active threats. When something fires, we review the process tree and rule out false positives before it reaches you.
Monitoring & management
Daily baseline health tracking across every managed device, with alerting that goes to your contact and to us at the same time.
Patching & maintenance
Windows updates and preventative maintenance tasks, scheduled, automated, and reported weekly and monthly — including patch compliance, failed installs, and vulnerability counts by severity.
Software inventory & deployment
Full inventory, third-party patching, and custom deployment packages so you know what's installed everywhere.
You don't have to hand over your environment to get help running it.
This isn't a service that puts a vendor between you and your own systems. Your IT staff get their own secured access to the same platform we use, with the same tools.
Your team can
- Pull weekly and monthly executive reports whenever they want them — protection status, vulnerabilities, patch compliance, and #CyberFit scores
- Run scripts against any managed endpoint
- Start backups and maintenance tasks manually
- Remote into endpoints — sessions are visible on screen and the user can disconnect at any time
We handle
- Windows updates and preventative maintenance on your schedule
- Monitoring, alerting, and keeping the management agent current
- Escalations, training, and direct support when you want us
- Reviewing the reports and acting where action is needed
No internal IT team? We also build full outsourcing and helpdesk agreements — ask during onboarding.
What happens after you sign up
Onboarding is done by our engineers, with your team, not by a self-serve wizard. It's included in the price.
- 01
We deploy the agents
Installed across your workstations and servers, with the EDR, monitoring, and remote access modules configured.
- 02
We tune the policies with you
A working session, not a form. Together we set monitoring and alerting thresholds, preventative maintenance tasks, EPP/EDR policies, and your maintenance windows — including whitelisting your line-of-business applications so protection doesn't interfere with the software your people depend on.
- 03
We hand your team the keys
Platform access provisioned for you and your support group, with permissions scoped the way you want them.
- 04
We run a 45-minute walkthrough
A live session with your team covering the dashboard, reports, scripts, and remote access.
Some of our clients arrived mid-incident
Not every business comes to us before something goes wrong. Several of our managed clients started as break-fix customers who called during an active compromise. We handled the response, recovered their data, and brought them under management afterward.
So the record is specific: no client has been breached while under an IT Hands Free management agreement. Some were breached before they got there. The gap between those two states is the whole argument for managed protection — and it's why we'd rather talk to you now than at 2am.
Account takeover is what we intercept most often. A credential gets phished, an attacker signs into a Microsoft 365 account, and from there they have the mailbox, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Our helpdesk has been alerted to live ATO events in client tenants on multiple occasions — each time we contacted the client, locked the account, and re-secured it together.

What Core is, and what it isn't
SecuredIT Core is an endpoint product. We don't see your network architecture, your identity configuration, or your segmentation — and with Core, we're not advising on them either. That's your team's domain and we're not going to pretend otherwise.
What Core does is put a properly configured EDR and patching layer on every endpoint you onboard. That's the control that matters most when the rest of the environment isn't yet where you'd like it to be — which is the situation most IT leads are actually in.
If you want us looking at the wider picture, that's a different conversation and we're happy to have it.
Who is responsible for what
Worth reading before you sign up. We'd rather be clear now than have this conversation later.
IT Hands Free owns
- Monitoring and managing Windows updates
- Preventative maintenance tasks and scheduling
- Keeping the management agent up to date
- Reviewing reports and alerting your designated contact
You own
- Remediating endpoint issues that block those tasks from completing — we'll work alongside your support resources to get things back on track
- Day-to-day helpdesk and user support, unless you add a support agreement
- Decisions about your environment outside the managed scope
Not included in SecuredIT Core
- Support SLAs and hands-on helpdesk
- IT infrastructure audits
- IT security analysis and SIEM deployment
SecuredIT Core requires Windows. It delivers core endpoint security based on practices we've built over 24 years — it is not a substitute for a formal security engagement. If you're in a security-sensitive or regulated environment, we can facilitate that separately.
Stop fighting fires. Start standardizing.
Launch pricing is open until the first 250 devices are onboarded. Devices that onboard at the launch rate keep $9.50 for the life of the engagement.

Why it costs what it costs
Core is priced the way it is because it genuinely costs less to deliver — not because anything has been taken out of it. This is a cloud-delivered platform. Automation, scripted remediation, AI-assisted detection, and baseline alerting handle the repetitive work that used to consume technician hours. That means we can run this layer properly across many environments without the overhead of a full engagement, and pass the difference on.
What you're not paying for is a technician in your building. Core is operated entirely remotely — there are no site visits, no network tune-ups, and no response-time guarantee. If you want those, that's a full managed services agreement, and Core folds into it rather than being replaced by it.
Core is the starting point
Most clients begin here and add what they need. Nothing is bundled in that you didn't ask for.
Endpoint protection, monitoring, patching, software inventory, reporting, full platform access.
Advanced front-end email security and account takeover protection. Protect every mailbox or just the ones that matter.
Mailbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams — backed up and recoverable.
Encrypted, compressed backups to local or cloud storage. Needs a short scoping conversation.
Infrastructure audits, formal security work, helpdesk SLAs, and full IT outsourcing.
